Very convenient, located next to large shopping area (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette), supermarket (Monoprix) and next to transportation (RER E, Gare St Lazare to go to Normandy). Our room was great for travelling with teens (separation between rooms). Didn't seem to be able to adjust the AC but it was relatively ok still. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early to rest after a long transatlantic flight. Easy to access from CDG airport with RER B and RER E.

BEWARE! The pictures shown are NOT what you get. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls In the hallways, including holes and carpet is unsecured and disgusting. The rooms smell musty and the air conditioner does not get cold. The bathrooms are FULL OF MOLD AND MILDEW and rusty. The baseboards are coming apart, thresholds are missing pieces just like the cabinets, doors and furnishings. He had a creamer for our coffee that was spoiled. The portal ac was completely full of dust and filter never cleaned. Curtains were full of stains. They gave us a choice of three rooms when we complained that the one they gave us looked nothing like the pictures and they said only two rooms in the hotel look like the pictures. They deceived us. Manager (a woman) was condescending and did not provide any alternative other then the three disgusting rooms we had to choose from. I will never stay at that place again. TOTAL SCAM!!!

The hotel met our basic needs — it was clean, had functioning air conditioning, and is in a convenient location for exploring the city. However, our experience was affected by a few service and maintenance issues. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and it took multiple requests over two days to receive essential items like toilet paper and towels. The property itself is showing some wear. Our room had a broken shower head that impacted water pressure and a non-working safe, neither of which could be fixed during our stay despite reporting them. The area around the hotel felt fine during the day, but it did feel a bit uneasy after dark. Overall, the hotel was sufficient for a short stay, but with some improvements to service and upkeep, it could be much better.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. NO existing customer service. The condition of the room, and their willingness to take care is horrible. A/C broke down and they did not care at all. Also conditions of the room, bathroom mold, and so much other details on the entire room. I addressed all this to the, and not even a moved to make it right. I really fell the stole my money.

Central area. Around this place has shopping, galleries, restaurants. The only problem was homeless in the streets. They are quiet but the urinated on the sidewalks and the entrance of the metro station.

Great location, hotel was clean, staff friendly, room far bigger thank we were expecting, got early check-in, ALL GOOD until we got to the room. the reason for the lower rating was simply that it was a 30C day that day & when got into the room the temperature was 28 (in the room) & the A/C was NOT on. After setting it to 22 & making sure it was on, 5 hours later is was still at 27.5, clearly not working. We let the front desk know & they sent a maintenance person up who did nothing but lower the thermostat temperature to 15, which did nothing. Opened up the windows once the sun went down & eventually cooled to about 25C by morning. Not the best sleep to say the least. Mentioned it to the guy at check-out the next morning &, although he did apologize, nothing else really offered. Too bad because we were super impressed with everything else there..............

This property had a very strange room layout. It was 2 stories with a steep winding stair case to the actual bed room. As Seniors, we had some difficulty maneuvering a large suitcase up the stairs. We had to be very careful walking since there was a rough area that scratched ankles. I would not stay there again for that reason.

The rooms were dated and small. Paint was peeling off the walls. There was no air conditioning. It was very loud outside the room at all hours of the night. The TVs didnt work. The trash cans were broke inside the rooms.

A lot of loud street noise, well beyond city noise, until 3 am the days we stayed. A group of men were playing soccer in the street. The front desk did not acknowledge it was a problem, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. There were dishes left in a box outside our hotel room door and linens in a cart. The carpet in the hallways is coming up and appeared dirty. The pictures of the rooms online bd reality are quite different. The mattresses are hard as a rock. Despite a great location and multiple metro stations nearby, I would never stay here again. I’m incredibly dissatisfied, especially considering the amount I paid.

The room we received was nothing like the photos online. Much smaller than expected. It was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. But no storage for two bags. Had to put one in the bathroom. No drawers and a very small closet with five hangers. Probably would choosed a different hotel next time.
