I stayed at this hotel for 20 nights. For the last 10+ days there was no WiFi. The staff advised it was a problem in all b&b hotels but had no timetable for it to be fixed. The breakfast was inconsistently prepared with eggs sometimes cold and bacon occasionally looking like it’s been through a nuclear war. If there was a large group they struggled to keep up. Expedia offered a paltry refund for the internet issue, however for the amount spent on this reservation ($3,500) they fell woefully short in the customer service department. They claim to have contacted the hotel about the issue and that there was none. However, when I asked the staff they claim to have never been contacted. The staff also claim to have tried to contact Expedia on my behalf but I’ve heard nothing further in that regard. Overall I’ll not stay at a b&b property as I need WiFi for work and they seem to have a company wide issue. I’ll try my hardest to never use Expedia again as they can’t seem to contact their own contracted properties or lie about it when they do.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have filtered water in the lobby, areas to chill both indoors and a garden area outdoors. The hotel was very accommodating letting 3 exhausted travelers in before noon rather than waiting for check-in time. There was a small frig, microwave and coffee maker. We were a short shuttle, taxi , or bus ride from the airport. Would stay here again- not luxurious but comfortable with excellent mattresses

AC never worked windows don’t open. So hot and muggy airport shuttles stop too early. Staff knocked on the door 3 times prior to checkout time and called as well. They harass you. No privacy.

I feel that we were taken advantage of when we arrived to take the shuttle from the airport. The driver who said he was a taxi driver told us we were in the wrong place to be picked up so we took him up on the taxi ride. Once we arrived at the hotel we figured out it was part of the shuttle service but we paid $30 euros for a short ride. The room was ok but the carpet was filthy. We wanted to get some food but when we went to order we were told they didn’t have much left and not a real restaurant. For one night it was ok
