This is a extra extra small hotel, room, bathroom, everything small and uncomfortable. But wait to see the elevator, this is a one fit person only elevator, never seen anything like this. Staff not particularly friendly and helpful (except one new guy last day) they dont speak any other language than French, I tried several without success. Location is great, close to Bastille and at walking distance from Notre Dame.

Good basic hotel.

The hotel is basic but has what one needs. It is clean and comfortable. Convenient location for metro and Gare de Lyon. Would recommend adding decaf coffee to breakfast possibilities and soap in shower. The staff was excellent, very responsive throughout to all of our questions.

i would never stay here again even if it was free. The sheets had stains the bathroom was gross and no one spoke english.

Extremely dirty interior - not many light fixtures working and there was a power outage and loud alarm sound the last day of the stay, as well as screaming child in another room and general chatter from the main floor lobby at all hours.

Avoid at all costs

Owner is a scammer. It’s not clean at all. They don’t even change the sheets between stays. It was disgusting and the owner is very disrespectful and rude towards customers. Hotels.com weren't any help either. They still made us pay the entire rate even though we left as the room was gross

Thank you for making our Paris vacation wondweful!

Perfect hotel! Not only was it very clean (every day the staff cleaned our room!), but I always felt safe and comfortable. The staff was very good. They were attentive, kind and always helpful. I would be happy to stay there for every visit to Paris.

This was like a mom n pop place. When I went there the place was not clean and no toilet paper. I was locked out of the hotel in the morning. More like a hostel instead of a hotel

Near the Gare de Lyon

I moved to this hotel to be close to the Gare de Lyon. I chose an extremely budget option since this was not a planned stay - last minute mixup. So I was prepared to take the smallest cheapest room - only staying one night. When I got to the hotel about 9am, the concierge was happy to store my luggage for me while I went out exploring. When I got back, she had upgraded me to a bigger, nicer room. They were very accomodating. This is not a fancy hotel, but the service ( and the mattress) were just fine.

Unhappy to deal with you hotel.com and this hotel

I had confirmation from hotel.com but when i arrived they said my name is not there and they have not recieve ny email from you about my reservation,they were unhelpful. Then i asked them to call you,then you have sent the email nd the problem solved

A place to be avoided

The room was supposed to be ready at 1.30 pm. I only got it by 3.30 pm. When I arrived, the lobby was dirty (since breakfast?) and the staff was arguing loudly with each other about the work to be done and which hadn't been done... Until late afternoon, it was difficult to pass, especially with suitcases, in the corridor of the 2nd floor as the vacuum cleaner had been "forgotten" in the middle. The room was small with an outdated bathroom (with an old tiny bath tub). It wasn't clean either: hair from previous customer on the bathroom floor. All in all, what I got was not worth the money I paid and I certainly don't recommend this hotel. I won't stay there again!

Great Location and Comfy

The room was a nice size for a single room and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. The location was great (close to two metro stops, Bastille, central Paris, and not far from Gare de Lyon). Wifi was a little spotty at times but overall pretty nice.

The room was quiet and big and had a big bathroom. However while the room was clean when I arrived it was then not cleaned daily and I had to ask the reception to handle that.
