The location was great and the guy at the reception that checked us in was amazing, very professional and polite. But the lady over night front office staff was extremely rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and was on personal video call with boyfriend or something and was annoyed that we were asking questions, when we asked about convient store to get water in the area she felt bothered and said I don’t know anything here and the area I just work the front desk. Our room had one big towel so when my 12 yr old went to ask for another towel she sent her in the basement alone to get it herself instead of getting off her video call to help the customer. When we asked for her name when checking out at 6am she refused and said she does not need to tell us her name and delayed opening the front door so we could leave and catch our train on time. She made the experience very negative.

Very nice little hotel in an amazing location. Easy walk to bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, etc., as well as Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge, and other tourist attractions. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the courtyard behind the hotel that sometimes was noisy at night (but rarely very late).

Beautiful place close tot central Paris. Very easy access to public transportation from the hotel and lots of great restaurants and shops around the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely a small room but perfect for 1 or even 2 people.

As others have metioned, the single room is extremely small. But that said, I was pretty comfortable overall. I don't need a lot of extra pampering when I travel as I tend to only use my room for sleep and showering. I was able to keep my suitcase on the unused side of the bed (as there was nowhere else to put it). Bathroom was also small, but fully functional. I never turned on the small TV so I can't really attest to its usefulness. I was thrilled to have a large window that could be fully opened. It faced a rear courtyard and I left it open the entire week I was in Paris. My 4th floor room was very quiet at night. No noise from the courtyard. Front desk staff were helpful and courteous. I did not opt for the breakfast as there are countless restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in the neighborhood. I did frequently use the filtered water dispenser and the free coffee machine in the lobby daily. Neighborhood is fantastic for food and drink. I had three fantastic meals at restaurants on that single block alone.

The front desk staff gave off a little aura that we were bothering them. The carpet in the halls was dingy, but the room itself was very nice and clean. The location was great.

Staff was amazing. Hotel is adorable and in a great location. Breakfast was just ok. Cleaning service person was on the rude side, wouldn’t move her supplies in order for us to get through the very small hallway. Wouldn’t respond to our hellos or good mornings. Front desk staff was amazing.
