Good hotel, needs some upgrades

I have stayed here many times, however my only issue with the hotel is no AC and lack of water. Fridge in the room never works, the kettles are old, etc. Otherwise it gets the job done. No major issues.

Fab little hotel in a great location

Booked this hotel at the last minute and what a great find; it’s cosy, clean and safe in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small but very clean and a very comfy bed - worth noting, no aircon. Check in/ out very easy and decent check out time of 11.30am. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Great location but note there is no AC, just fans in the rooms, so it does get hot in the summer. Breakfast is decent. Boiled eggs, croissants, yogurt and ‘cafeteria’ fruit (ie: apples and bananas).

The staff and employees were absolutely delightful and helpful. The hotel is located in an 18th century building which has no air conditioning. Last week in Paris we had a few days of high 80s and one of 91with 50% humidity. The one fan in our room was essentially useless. October might be a better choice for staying here. Would also suggest that dairy foods served for breakfast buffet (cheeses and milk) be kept cold. I’d opted out of cereal and milk after discovering a carafe of warm milk standing on the counter.

The staff was lovely and location was fantastic. Our room was on the 5th floor so heat rised and made it uncomfortable. I do feel our headboard which was white had a lot of stains on it which was not appealing. Shower drain did not drain . Do not book Summer as there is no air conditioning . Elevator broke as well and stairs are not super even. Overall the staff and location was great but facilities left things to be desired.

This hotel was a classic European hotel...well located and small rooms. When traveling Europe there are small tradeoffs and I've always seen this at one. Aisde from that, the property was nice and clean. They were working on improvements while we were there but didn't disrupt our stay. There's free coffee and bottle of water per day. Front staff is awesome, very attentive and helpful. I'd stay here again if I was in Paris agajnm

Room 55 was too warm and this was during a cooler period of June. The provided fan and opening the window onto the internal air shaft did little to reduce the temperature. The room was quiet though as no external noise came through and very little noise from other guests.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable. They do not have any A/C. Air conditioning so that can get pretty warm in the summer months. Otherwise it’s convenient and located closer to The Metro.

Hotel location is excellent, close to lots of free museums, great restaurants and bars and only a 20 min walk to Notre Dame. Property is tucked away in a quiet street, so road noise is minimal. Their standard rooms are very small and there is no air con. We managed to change room for 3 nts of our stay which was much better. Breakfast in the hotel €12 was very good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again but would need to pay for a larger room to make it a comfortable stay.

Fantastic location in a really fun part of the city! The staff was wonderfully responsive and always eager to help. On our way to the airport when our Uber driver was dicking us around because she obviously didn't want the ride the man at the desk gave us waters and called us a cab. The breakfast was reasonably priced and there was all the espresso you can drink. Only thing is it is a small room and you can hear everything and I mean everything going on in the bathroom. My partner and I have been together for over a decade though so not much of an issue for us but might be for young honey mooners or something. Other than that we had a great time and would stay there again

The hotel is located very close to some bistros, a very good Italian restaurant and the metro as well as shopping. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. They are also family friendly as we were traveling with our 9 month old. Will definitely stay here again!

We had two rooms. Both were of adequate size, including the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the woman attending to managed the room beautifully. The front desk staff were all extremely capable and helpful. Many good quality restaurants were close by. The cost of our stay was quite reasonable.
