Not what I paid for

Was suppose to have lake view and ended up looking at the Best Western Across the street. They used a video check in which made it hard. The person checking us in made us transport out luggage to the far end of motel to carry our (no elevator) up stairs from room 201 to 216 when there was a set of steps in the lobby within 50 feet of the room which I did not find until after hauling everything to the room. The area the bathroom was located in was cramped. Would not use again.

The condition of the building, facilities, and cleanliness is very poor for the price. I suggest they either improve maintenance and housekeeping or lower the room rate. I'm giving 3 stars instead of the lowest rating because, when I realized I had booked the wrong date, the front desk staff was helpful and resolved the issue professionally.

Desperate for sleep.

The hotel needs a lot of help. The owners may be new?? not sure. Walls are being painted. Our room needed a lot of help in the bathroom. Paint peeling. A plumber needed. Didn't even use the shower. Found the TV remote under the bed and the cable box unplugged. Luckily I had my own Lysol to clean the remote. The Hotel needs major TLC.

You had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times to get all the waste to go down. management said it was because they were booked solid.it you know how toilet work it was a lie.very very old nothing updated.carpet worn out.smelly stairway. No water in room ask front desk they knew nothing they called main front desk called me back said it because of an inspection and water would be off 45 minutes to an hour.tgey didlet the guests know

Very dirty and run down. Very little staff, and used a computer screen with a person after 7 to check u in. U were on your own and left to self service yourself. Rooms were awful, shower didnt operate. Toilet was disgusting and dirty. No security. Over all, a terrible hotel. It shoud be shut down.

Truly falling apart. Beds were comfy. But the ac on the wall was falling apart, sink and tub didn’t drain. Absolutely disgusting. Front desk service was very nice.

The location of the hotel is really good- close to all attractions. The staff very friendly. Easy and fast check in. Good breakfast and easy parking, However the hotel is really old and in deep need of renovations, dirty and smelly corridors, balcony looks like never been cleaned. Would not come back.

Unhappy!

Dusty room. Noisy a/c . Curtain has damage . We checked in at their Kiosk at the lobby . We were communicating with a person ( video) of their call center outside USA . Today my bank notified me that the deposit were charged DOUBLE !! I booked with balcony with view of the mountains as shown on the photo, they put us in the room that the view was the street! Not the mountains!

Not that bad as they say

This is a typical outdated American hotel, but many strongly negative opinions occurred to be exaggerated. While there is a strange kiosk for e-check-in, we were welcomed by a friendly alive human being at the reception desk. The room was spacy and clean. The bed comfortable and large. The tube was in poor condition, but good enough to have a shower. The view from the restaurant is stunning. The breakfast consisted in typical American junk food: too dry scrambled eggs, waffles with few toppings, extremely sweet juices, milk etc. The restaurant was advertised as serving healthy breakfast, because their offered one apple per customer. No vegetables were spotted. Everything was served using paper/plastic in order to produce enormous amounts of garbage every day. Overall, acceptable place for a couple of nights.

Meh. Check in was super weird. A kiosk with some Indian ( in india) . Tried to charge me more for pet. No maid service whatsoever. WiFi was almost non existent, even though they advertised WiFi. No remote for tv, I had to ask twice the 2nd day I expected better especially for that price. It’s Indian owned what more can I say?
