Hair on the beds. The poor lady at the front desk was dealing with everything by herself. I changed the sheets myself. The pool area was very cold. And the pool water was FREEZING! We were told “the pool isn’t heated”. Nope. There was a hot tub and the water was hot, but looked dirty. Would’ve booked a different hotel.

The front desk lady obviously does not like her job. The hotel run out of blank for the pull out sofa! I assume sleep is a basic function a hotel should provide.
