The credit card machine was not working. After many failed attempts, my payment was put in manually. The elevator was also out (and the only king rooms available were on 3, so we had to carry luggage up and down 3 floors). The hot tub was also closed. The front desk lady was very nice and we were able to check in early. Our room was great. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

This place is the biggest dump we have ever stayed

We have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns and they have always been nice. This place is a dump. When we walked in to check in there was food of some kind on the floor right in front of the check in desk. The next day when we checked out it was still there all smashed. Elevators out of service which was not a big deal but when you walk down the hall to the stairs on the tile there was a large dried spill of coffee. The next day it was still there. Walking down the hallways there is no trim along the carpet just beat up sawed off drywall. Allover just a mess. We also had someone try to open our door around midnight.

Great Hotel, very comfortable, good breakfast

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr bequeme Betten! Für ein Hotel in den USA war das Frühstück hervorragend, wie man es von der Hotelkette kennt. Ebenfalls schön, dass man auch mittags bis abends noch Kaffee bekommt und einen Keks dazu. Perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, exzellent geschlafen und würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
