Caledonia Park, the Natural History Museum, Lover's Point Beach and the Recreation Trail are all just a few blocks away. Nearby Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, numerous golf venues and charming coastal towns like Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey are an easy drive from your home base.
This one-level, 800 sf home is located in a residential/commercial duplex with a long-time dentist's office next door which keeps polite business hours. The tidy building is just steps away from all the conveniences and attractions of downtown Pacific Grove.
