Spectacular ocean and sunrise views of Lover’s Point Beach and the entire Monterey Bay await you in this coveted corner unit. Swim, dive or kayak at Lover's Point across the street: white sandy beach, volleyball court, snack bar, restaurant, and picnic area.
And once you're completely relaxed, Pacific Grove is convenient to an amazing range of activities on the Peninsula. Within minutes you can be touring scenic 17-Mile Drive, hiking to secluded Big Sur beaches and Point Lobos, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing or whale watching.
Play golf at the oceanside Pacific Grove Golf Course, affectionately known as a "budget-minded alternative" to Pebble Beach, or stroll down the coastal recreation trail just outside your front door and commune with seals and sea otters. The shops and restaurants of downtown Pacific Grove are just three blocks away. A longer walk or short drive will take you to Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, downtown Monterey or Carmel by the Sea.
The well-equipped kitchen features maple cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless GE Profile appliances. Cable television and BluRay DVD players are provided (the 60" TV in the living room has DVR), as is high speed internet access.
Bedrooms are furnished with king and queen beds flanked by reading lamps, as well as flat screen TVs. The lower bath has a granite vanity with dual sinks and a shower over tub. This site was for us the absolute perfect location. We wanted to see Otters and they were literally across the street form us. We were even able to spot a few with binoculars from the small balcony . It was very easy to get to, and located perfectly for day trips to areas close by. Parking was a breeze too!! The manager was responsive to every question I had. The kitchen was amply stocked with cooking items we needed, and there were multiple grocery stores close that we could shop for food essentials. The only negative was the washing machine had a strong odor that we could smell in the bedroom when the door was opened. Once we closed it, we didn't notice the smell .

Beautiful home, breathtaking views. Conveniently located to walk to many area attractions and restaurants, beach and park across the street, lots of sea life to see along the coastline. Grove Market, walking distance, Safeway, short drive. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and living space. We had some minor plumbing issues with the downstairs toilet and shower not working upon arrival, but Kyle quickly responded and had the issues fixed same day. Washing machine smelled moldy so we didn't use it. Overall it was the perfect house for our golfing vacation, would absolutely stay there again.

First the positives: the apartment is modern, spacious with great views of the bay and Lovers Point and access to the coastal path for walks to Monterey Bay, bicycle and kayak hire over the road on the beach. Keyless entry and good wifi speed (50Mg), secure gated covered parking.Now the negatives, the balcony is northeast facing, so we only had the sun for two hours in the morning, it is quite thin so no room to eat a meal or entertaining, the patio shown in the photographs is a communal area at the rear of the property. There is considerable noise from the apartment upstairs as the acoustic insulation is poor so we could hear residents walking around upstairs - it seemed relentless until about 8pm then all went quiet. Proximity to the road, which is quite busy and a pedestrian crossing - so exterior noise too. The main bedroom on the ground floor, faces the pavement to the front of the property so there is zero privacy - we slept in the rear bedroom.Overall we had great time and loved the area.

Really gorgeous property in a great location. I appreciated the comfortable rocker in the living room where I could see the ocean while the baby took a lap nap. 4 year old loved collecting shells on the beach. We walked to the Beach House restaurant for a nice family dinner for our anniversary night. It was a splurge for us but loved being able to people-watch and see the ocean from the house!

Beautiful but…

This place has a lovely view of the ocean and is a beautiful home. It was easy to get to Lovers Point beach and a mile walk to the aquarium. There was a few small touches that would have made the stay more pleasant- there were no beach towels in the rental so we ended up having to buy some during our stay. There was also a lack of basic kitchen items in the home, like cooking spray, salt, and pepper. So prepare for that if you are planning on cooking while there. They had no laundry soap there so we had to also buy our own. Lastly, we had some very loud neighbors on top of us. There was almost 24-7 stomping, it was very unpleasant. I’m not sure if that was a permanent tenant or another family on vacation. Hopefully the latter. The property manager was quick to respond to emails and queries, and tried their best to respond to the stomping situation. I’d love to come back if some of the above small changes were made.

Love Lovers Point VRBO

This is our 4th stay and we just love how spacious, comfortable, clean and modern it is. And the view is priceless!Two things: the downstairs toilet moves around because the caulking/seal is broken. Should be fixed. Also, the door to unit 6 hot water heater outside, mail level is won’t close. See you next time

Lovely place

What a great place to stay. A nice 2 bdrm condo/apartment just across from Lover’s Point. The Living room space is unmatched to any we’ve stayed before. The view is breathtaking. Accommodations were very nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We definitely will be back. Correspondence with Kyle was always fast and easy with any questions. Thank you.

Right Across from Lovers Point

Amazing views of the ocean and lovers point. Nice kitchen and comfy beds. End unit was easy to access and amazing view (which I already said but it warrants repeating), the view is amazing.
