I had my Expedia reservation and a confirmation number and they cancelled my room with no contact with me at all Expedia failed me on this one I didn’t know my Expedia reservation was not guaranteed

The tvs don’t work, apparently known issue. Leak/mild spots on ceiling, staff not helpful at all, because I booked through a third party. If Marriott doesn’t want Expedia users, take your rooms off.

Worst service ever, overpriced. Do not recommend.

For over $300/night they didn’t offer daily cleaning service. We requested and were promised that our room would be cleaned (after the second night) and provided clean towels. When we arrived back late at night from a family event, the room had not been touched and there were no clean towels. When we called the front desk to at a minimum get some clean towels, we were told that we would have to come get them ourselves. The overall experience was a massive disappointment; this hotel is where customer service died.

I came in with 6 kids from our basketball team , we had two rooms booked , they were very accommodating in making sure our rooms were across fdom eachother . The boys had so much fun in the pool and hot tub, the staff even gave the boys a football to play with , which everyone in the pool got involved in . Room are spacious for all the boys to hang out in Clean and comfortable

Although it was noisy on the Saturday night, the Sunday night was quiet. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Pool was good, warm on Saturday and Monday morning. Reception staff were great. This is a perfectly situated hotel for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time.

Got many compliments even though I wasn't to loud, if anything the teenagers that had a party going on were louder. Didn't like how i cant use visa debit for room deposit and that fee wasn't shown online to my knowledge.
