My stay was great and the condo was very spacious. I was supposed to go with my wife and daughters but they weren’t able to come. The condo was clean and well stocked but the appliances are a bit dated and could use replacing. The stay was great otherwise. No real complaints just providing a little feed back

We were given a unit that was really worn out, curtains hanging off, scruffy carpets, marks all over the walls. We went back to reception who said if we wanted a better unit we had to pay a further $25 a night ($150 in total). The unit was much better but still had a number of issues. Dirty carpets, TVs not working. Reported the TVs twice before they got fixed. Maintenance called at 8pm and wanted to clean the carpets. We refused because this meant that a blower would be running all night and considering we were charged more, it should have been cleaned before renting out. Lia on Reception was really helpful and agreed not to charge us the extra $150. However on checkout, the final bill showed that they had actually charged me twice. A total of $300! They have since refunded but I have incurred 2 lots of exchange fees by my bank. Not a good experience. This used to be a lovely friendly resort but the new management company have made it unfriendly and uncaring

The property was private and convenient, the condo-comfortable and spacious, but the area was very noisy (highway, renovations, wildlife). We needed maintenance for plumbing/kitchen issues; there were other minor issues as well that we just chose to ignore.

The amenities were less than impressive. The pool was dirty, there was no tiki bar or pool towels. The rooms were worn, the light bulbs were blown out and the phones did not work. The screens on the patio had holes and I don’t like bugs. The property is not a family property it’s more for senior citizens. The photographer did a great job on the property pictures. I will not be staying here again.

Spacious living area and bedrooms. The room was clean and we liked that there was a full size fridge, stove and microwave. The beds could be upgraded as they are hard and very uncomfortable. Two of the three bedrooms did not have ceiling fans. The pool area was nice but hard to relax as there was construction going on for upgrades.
