Room Occupied/No Service Needed’ sign on the door

The rooms were somewhat dated, but that wasn’t an issue as they were clean. My biggest concern was the complete disregard for the ‘Room Occupied/No Service Needed’ sign on the door. Despite the sign being clearly displayed, the maid attempted to enter the room daily. I brought this to management’s attention, and they attributed it to a communication failure. However, the issue was not resolved during my stay. I hope they address it moving forward

Had to wear socks - carpet felt sticky. Cold outside, so we used the (stinky) heat which creates HEAVY condensation dripping down the walls. The bathroom door gets stuck on the toilet. The microwave and fridge are in the bathroom area. Construction on one of the complex's buildings starts jackhammering at 8am.

This place is horrible. Really horrible. Front desk people are really not smart at all. The rooms are dated and honestly you don’t feel safe here. Room reeked of weed. Worst shower ever. Zero water pressure and no hand held. The layout of the entering and exiting is absurd. Security is a joke. Terrible place.

We stayed on the 10 floor and had beautiful views. The room was labeled as nonsmoking but smelled like smoke upon arrival. The desk was willing to move our room. Trying to return the door cards back to the front desk was a disaster from building G. We had to exit then drive down the street and enter back into the front entrance.
