They don’t clean!

There was a lady, I imagine the manager that was very nice and attentive with everyone, especially during breakfast. What I was not pleased with was the cleaning service. My room was only cleaned once during my 6 night stay! The one time they cleaned it, they didn’t leave me any towels, clean nor used! I had to go request clean towels a couple of times at the reception and at any point did they even consider asking why I need med new towels. Not a very good experience. I’ve always had pleasant experiences with this particular hotel chain, but this experience has me reconsidering my future stays at a Residence Inn.

Almost everything was perfect. Except I woke up with bed bug bites all over my right side. The staff was phenomenal everything looked clean and pretty. But the bed at the very least was not. As friendly as the staff was I would not stay there again.
