A++ service. Great Location. Fantastic breakfast.

Overall, a great stay. We were initially put into the wrong room type, very similar to what we had booked, but it didn't have every amenity that it was supposed to have. Unfortunately, they didn't have the correct room available for our first two night's stay. The manager, Damon, was extremely helpful and and worked with us to provide a good solution. We encountered a problem and he solved it, just as a good manager should do. The hotel is fortunate to have him on their team. I would whole-heartedly recommend the Residence Inn, Orange County Convention Center. The property was in good condition. The breakfast was one of the best that I've experienced in a hotel. Service was exceptional!

So surprised at the room size. It was amazing to have a whole apartment essentially. Will definitely be back! The breakfast had new foods daily, rooms were huge and the second bathroom was so needed with our big family. Staff was amazing!

Left something in the room and contacted the housekeeping and front desk. Was adviced that they were unable to retrieve the items left in the room despite leaving tips for the housekeeping. We are sure we left the items in the room. It is either it was thrown or kept.

They don’t clean!

There was a lady, I imagine the manager that was very nice and attentive with everyone, especially during breakfast. What I was not pleased with was the cleaning service. My room was only cleaned once during my 6 night stay! The one time they cleaned it, they didn’t leave me any towels, clean nor used! I had to go request clean towels a couple of times at the reception and at any point did they even consider asking why I need med new towels. Not a very good experience. I’ve always had pleasant experiences with this particular hotel chain, but this experience has me reconsidering my future stays at a Residence Inn.
