Convenient to airport, food and entertainment, has a shuttle to universal, clean tidy re furbished room, pool heated, free coffee and tea. Would be great to have hot water for tea and coffee in the room, not sure of the point of the microwave without crockery to cook and eat with, or boil water for a cuppa, was quite noisy due to freeway and our outlook was that and the car park but we were out during the day. Staff friendly but didn’t know the bus drop offs points for universal and walking distances.

Check in staff not accommodating , hot tub not working, beds in room #137condition was so bad they are something that even a homeless person wouldn’t sleep on.three adults towels in room only enough for 1.5 people.and yes even with all this wanted a $11. Charge if you wanted breakfast which should have been included with the booking.thankfully we only stay two days.

The breakfast they charge $11.00 for is what is normally offered for free, with the inconvenience I experienced that should have been offered but it was not.When I checked in the elevator nearest to my room was out of order so we had to take the one near the pool entrance. That was fine until finally getting to the room and neither key worked. We was on the 3rd floor traveling with two young girls of course I was not going to leave them so we all had to go back to the front desk. Where my room was located it made more sense to take the steps vs going all the way around the 3rd floor to find the elevator. Well when we got back again those keys did not work either luckily this time I was told to call the desk if the keys did not work and someone came to let us in, but we had to wait for him to fix the key reader. The shuttle service they use to go to the parks that information should be viewable when booking because you have to make a reservation 24hrs in advance. So when I checked in Friday I could not use the service for my trip to universal on Sat because it was less then 24 hrs in advance. So I booked for a Sunday pick up to go to Sea World the pick up time was 11:15 we was at the pick up spot at 11 the shuttle never came. I called at 11:30 I was told it would be there in 10 minutes we waited until noon it had not arrived so I booked a uber. The hot tub jets worked but the water was cold the heated pool was warmer then the hot tub. However the location is great

The bathroom didn't have any hooks or even a towel bar to hang things on. For two people we got one wash cloth and hand towel, but got four regular towels. The hot tub wasn't working which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The buildings definitely need some updating and repairs. They also need to update their check-in system. The pillows were small and not very comfortable. The TV remote was so worn down you couldn't tell which was the channel or volume buttons.
