I had some issue with my credit card and I booked the hotel thru Hotels.com but Hotels.com cancelled my 2 hotel rooms due to some card issue. However, the hotel was quick to solve it and got me 2 hotel rooms - same type of room I ordered before and the staff was SO helpful, friendly and nice. I would give this place 5 stars just for them.
This hotel is under a major renovation so it doesn't look it's best in certain areas but I bought 2 hotel rooms and they were both renovated and they looked great! The only downside to the room for me was horrible water pressure. They do offer breakfast which I did not partake in but my best friend and husband did and they said it was great. There was a big selection and it was about $11 per person which was a good deal considering it would probably be more expensive at McDonalds.
The only reason I am only giving this 3 stars is because a lot of the air conditioners were leaking and left water on the floor. I am fairly young so I was able to dodge most of it. However, one night, I face planted - HARD - on the floor. I did not see the water and I was practically ice skating on it. I never said anything because I was fine but If I was older.. that would have been another story. It was very dangerous. I don't know if someone saw me fall on the cameras or something but it was quickly gone with a lot of "wet floor" signs in that area.
The hotel was in a good area and close to everything and again... the staff was amazing and so helpful. I p
