Overall, the hotel is great (location, facilities, staff, etc.). The price is excellent considering what the hotel offers. However, two things need improvement: the shower is terrible and the room floor cleaning is also poor.

Have stayed here many times . Pool is always great and heated . Free coffee and tea always out . They also leave bowls and utensils out there which is amazing and always comes in handy on the go . Staff is always friendly, one of their maintenance guys even helped me once to get a security tag off a shoe when the store forgot to take it off. Walking distance to restaurants and icon park which is our probably our favorite part . A little sad the hot tub has been broken the last 4-5 times we have stayed here but its not listed in description anymore, but once that is fixed will be so happy .

Very clean, quiet hotel with extremely efficient check in and knowledgeable staff. Stayed here to go to Epic Universe. Used ride share and it was cheap and fast. Lots of food options around as well.
