My stay at Pestana Orlando Suites Lake Buena Vista was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The rooms were modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The design feels updated and fresh, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The showers were a huge highlight for me super clean, beautifully updated, and the water pressure was perfect. After long days out in Orlando, that shower alone was worth it! I also highly recommend adding the breakfast option. The additional fee is definitely worth it. They offer an amazing variety of breakfast choices something for everyone and everything was fresh and well prepared. It made the mornings easy and stress free. Overall, an excellent experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Pleasant. Bed was medium firm with pillowy topper. Down feather pillows. Water pressure almost too strong. Generous sized "mini" fridge in room. Microwave. Breakfast: 2 pastries which vary daily, mini belgian waffles ( flavor varies daily), steamed mixed vegetables , some kind of sausage, fresh pancakes, eggs or simple american cheese omelet, granola, hot omelet, dannon yogurt, toast/bagel cream cheese, apples, bananas, tangerines, slide of deli meat, slice of white cheese. Pool in February was cool (but not freezing). Probably warm in summer. Location convenient to restaurants, Orange County conference center, all theme parks. I would definitely stay again.

Room was the main reason for the stars and the staff was all really nice as well! They really should offer complimentary coffee down by the lobby and they should also consider selling beer/wine in the little food pantry area as well but overall this place is decent for a short trip if you’re on business or just need a cheap place to sleep overnight after a long day at the parks 😊

Absolutely fantastic stay! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and offered wonderful amenities that made our trip even better. The continental breakfast came with our room, it includes eggs, home fries, waffles and pancakes, which was nice. Cons: We didn’t rent a car and Ubers to the parks were anywhere from $15-30 each way. There is no restaurant or lounge in the hotel and nothing that’s really in walking distance. There is a small market in the lobby that has frozen food. The pool area gets lots of sun but the water was freezing. Overall, a good value for the price.

Very disappointed that I booked a king suite and upon check in that the room had a bathtub. The room we received was not a king suite but an accessible room and the bathtub did not have the correct plug and was an accessible one so was not able to use. When went to front desk to request a change they refused saying we had already been in the room. Very disappointing especially for the cost. The resort fee is also a lot for the amenities provided.
