The check in agent was not friendly, took her more than 20 minutes to check me in while the agent next to me checked in 2 travelers. Not very helpful and poor communication. The room assigned is cramp with bathroom door not able to close, furniture chipped up. I paid premium price for this booking. Needs to get some money back, and I will not use this hotel again. I have stayed here for years for business. Hotel room has become a Motel 6 standard. Sad.

My wife and I stay here 16 years ago for our 10th anniversary wanted to come back for our 26th. Staff treated us exceptionally well from the check-in to check out and our stay was just as enjoyable or more so than 16 years ago. Room, breakfast, pool, were all awewome! Thank you Rosen Centre.

Here is always my first option when going to Orlando. Nice views from your room. Fast and sufficient amount of elevators. No need to rent a car. Reliable bus services with different options.
