The front desk staff looked she got a attitude or something. Besides charging you almost $20 per night when hotels around offer free parking, and then they also charge you $10 for any packages ordered online when you use the hotel as delivery address. And lastly the EV chargers should have regular charging options other than Tesla. Which did not work even when i have an adaptor with me. Locariom wise ,it's nice.

Poor condition in guestrooms

Very poor condition, needs a lot of upkeep and cleaning. The lobby area looked great, the room not so much. Lots of cosmetic issues, no rack in the bathroom for towels or hand towels. There was male bodily fluid all over the bathroom wall near the toilet. AC took a long time to cool down the room. Had to ask for towels at the front desk on the second night and the person there seemed confused by the request. There was also a fire alarm at about 6am and woke up my whole family. Only positives were the location and shower pressure, but I felt uncomfortable in the shower anyway due to cleanliness.

First unexpected surprise is parking fee 19USD daily demanded during chek-in without reasonable justification. In room there is no storage space so we had to be like nomads having all belongings all time in our luggage. Air condition is very noisy so that we had to cool down the room before going to sleep. Room service is on-demand only and I once we tried that (during 5 days there) we missed bag with medical pills and vitamins hoping that it was only unconscious mistake. Strongly recommend to consider other alternative hotels and when you add the parking fee to the room rate this hotel is no longer competitive. I do not understand high rating of this hotel, suggest to verify reviews of other guests.
