This is our third time staying here. All of the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast has good options, and it is close to the theme parks and other attractions.

The rooms are small but provided everything needed. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We chose this for the great price, proximity to Disney parks, no fee to park, and the area was VERY quiet.

Falsely advertised shuttle to Disney parks!! They only had one shuttle a day that went to certain parks and that was at 10 am. Too late for us and not flexible at all! There are many other hotels close by that offer better services!

The customer service, specifically Luis, was amazing! I accidentally booked one day later it to find out when we made it to the hotel at 11pm the night before check-in. Luis worked with us to find a room and ensure my family had a playro stay for the night and without any hassle. Thank you Luis!

Nice budget friendly hotel near WDW. The only negative was that it seemed to attract younger adults. There was a party going on above our room until about 1 am, then our neighbors came back late and proceeded to party, laugh and shout until about 3 am. We didn’t get much rest that night.
