Traveler BEWARE . Complete misleading pictures of hotel rooms I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was the worst experience I've had in a long time. The room had a strong mildew and mold smell that was overwhelming, making it hard to breathe or feel comfortable. To make matters worse, there were roaches both in the bathroom and the bedroom, which made it impossible to relax. The shower was completely unusable—rust stains and a chipped tub made it look like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained in years. To top it off, there was drywall missing in the bathroom, leading into the hallway, which just added to the rundown, neglected feel of the place. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering staying here—this place is not worth the money, and it’s a health hazard.

Staff were very nice and helpful 24/7. The rooms itself were clean but beware there was a cockroach in the restroom, on the sink behind the tissue box, and I was dealing with it for a while so finally I called front desk and they switched me rooms. The hallway carpets are quite dirty and the third floor hallway has big cracks in the wall, one can see the plumbing. Breakfast is included and it was good (eggs, sausage).

Problem checking in even though i had paper copy to show i had to pay, the clerk saiid i had to pay expedia direct, i had to call expedia to talk to clerk and he said ok and morning clerk would fix. Inmorning sortred out with another clerk who took my payment but had to remove authorization of $15000 from another card I had on file, thank goodness it wasn't the card i'd be using for my cruise as it takes 3-5 business days to update, and i might have been stuck on my cruise with no access to my US credit card. Came back from trip looks like they tried to take payment again then cancelled and still has quthorization for amount, i'll monitor. It made me feel really uneasy.
