The property, lobby, and rooms were very clean. The pictures provided online were very accurate, and everything was still looking fresh. It’s clear we’ve come during there construction period, so I’m sure there’s more to come. The free breakfast was buffet style, and offered basic choices like eggs, meats, cereals, breads, and dairy products. Honestly the price point of our stay matched the food expectations, it was pretty good. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay, and it was actually a steal for us.

While we were there the property was being renovated so I'm trying very hard to keep that in mind, it's definitely being worked on. The staff is great! Everyone was polite ave friendly. The pool was very dirty. I understand there is a tree located very close, with that being said I had to skim the pool in order to go in but the bottom of the pool was full of dirt. The room we stayed in was clean, however the gurney was falling apart. The sides of the dresser were coming off and looked like they had water damage. Because of the staff, pricing and location I would give it another try on the future. Hopefully all renovations will be complete.

Very dirty and the sink didn't drain. I didn't expect a high end room, but a basic clean room is a motel trademark. This property didn't provide that.

This property is a Great Quality Budget option for a trip to Orlando. It's proximity to the airport is the most valuable quality. You will need to plan for transportation to and from the various resorts and parks you may visit. I appreciate the convenience of the complementry breakfast. The staff are very nice and helpful. While the cleanliness is average, the renovations once fully completed will add a nice aesthetic. Overall solid experience.

The staff who checked us in were horrible. They tried to charge me an extra $100 then when I told him I wanted the price that it says on my phone, he proceeded with that. When we got to our room, there was still garbage in there from the last guests. Hotel staff told us to bring them the towels and rags if we wanted new ones. House keeping did not come get the garbage when asked so we had to through bags of garbage away on our own. Staff was rude as well when we asked for a rollaway bed. I was Told once I complained that we would receive $80 back and I did not receive it. Horrible stay. Won’t be back.

Couldn’t stay at the property more than 20-30 mins before booking a room at the Hyatt. Knew I wouldn’t get a refund but wasn’t worth my peace of mind. The Rooms and especially the bathroom is outdated. Showers floors and walls with soap scum Dirt in the windows and Hallways have a weird odor. The staff is polite but the property is not up to par.
