The restaurants were fine- not great- but fine- this was a very nice property and we were impressed by the pools and the grounds- extremely well kept and decorated beautifully for the holidays. The rooms were what one would expect at a resort like this- nice- definitely. Not breathtaking but nice and very clean. We would certainly come back. The food was not a highlight but there are restaurants nearby we wanted to visit so this was not an issue. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the resort.

Nice place to stay, but they promoted resort or travel package product without detail notification. We've got a message from front desk when checking-in for gift card and it requires 90 minutes presentation time. When we heard about, this don't want to take this presentation and they still promoted us to sell their gift card and we finally disagreed with it. This is terrible experience over hundreds of travel via Expedia.

I enjoyed my stay here, with a few pitfalls. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is incredibly nice, and it's a fun place to stay because of the pools and activities and so on. But I had to leave off two stars because the food available at the hotel isn't great, at any of the restaurants - it's better to eat off site. Also, when I checked out they sent me an invoice and they'd overcharged me for the room and charged me for parking even though when I checked in they ask if you need parking and I said no. Also, when you try to call the front desk you get an AI operator instead and have to go through this whole process to get anyone real on the phone, which is super annoying.

We loved our stay. The rooms are very clean, with great amenities. We especially appreciated that the had not only coffee for us, but also a small salt/pepper shaker, laundry detergent, and extra paper towels. The shower was wonderful with multiple options. Both pool areas and playground were very well kept and the property landscaping is beautiful.

The place is great. The Villa was spacious. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was great. Love the ground and the multiple pools and hot tubs. The holiday tree in the courtyard was a wonderful touch. All the lights on the drive in from the main room made it feel so whimsical. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely book here again in the future!
