From outside it looks like a Motel but inside it is very clean and like a3 star hotel. Also it is smoke free which is good when we go with kids for a trip

I would like to start with I am a fan of this property, but I had some issues this past trip. I was traveling with a 3 month old and made sure I noted I needed a crib. After arrival, they did not have one available. The hotel did provide one by the second night which was appreciated. A second issue was room location. I purchased a royal room which I believed was centrally located to the playground and pool as it states pool view in the description but I was far from the pool, the receptionist stated that the perk is a reserved parking space, which in the end was very nice to have. During my 7 night stay on at least 2 nights a vehicle was parked in my reserved space, when I spoke to the receptionist I was told that they aren’t really reserved and there was nothing they could do and I was welcome to park in somebody else’s reserved space. I believe they should ticket and tow vehicles parked in those reserved spaces. Also the location we were in you could hear everything outside the room due to the ac vents, which there is probably nothing they can do about that. Overall the property is a great place for kids and my daughter loves it there, the pool area is great and they offer plenty of things for kids to do on hotel days. The hotel breakfast is nice but it is repetitive, it would be nice to add in pancakes as it likely wouldn’t be too much of an additional cost. I will likely stay again in the future but I think they should work on the things mentioned in this review

Very good experience

Great for kids.. a lot of fun for them. Best feature on my opinion is the breakfast. Only thing got me upset was the "gamer" area Xbox were not working and that's one of the reasons why we picked this place. Other than that I would recommend it specially for kids under 6 , most of the playground attractions are for little kids.

This is not a safe place, in one night someone forced doors of the room. My 6 year old grandson was extremly teriffied, apart of saying sorry the managment did nothing to compansate that bad experience.

Great for families with younger kkds looking for budget friendly stay. It is more of a a motel with a large common ground playground that kids can safely run and play. It is clean, location is great because of many restaurants and shopping around. The breakfast is okay and is complimentary. Free parkng. Nice big tv. The pool was nice and clean (they just need to supply more towels). Shower drain was slow. Fresh towels daily although room is serviced only evey 3 days. They have a Starbucks and mini store in lobby. You can walk to Dollar Tree, CVS, and other stores nearby. Overall, convenient stay for the price.

The bed was really uncomfortable and we had an elite room it felt like we were sleeping on a wood board. The rooms were also really small for families and to be a family resort. Breakfast did not have good options and wasn’t tasty we didn’t go back after the first day . The pool wasn’t warmed but ofc kids don’t mind but I as a parent woulda preferred it warm for my kids . The play area was fun for my kids they throughly enjoyed all the kid activities other then that not really worth the expensive price tag based off space in the room and the comfort of the bedding. Staff was also great !
