The room was clean, but musty smell. It was very quiet on the 6th floor. View would have been a lot better, but the window was fogged up and you couldn’t see the pool or anything. Staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety. The water needed to be hotter.

No the bed was worn, lumpy and slanted to the side. The toilet clogged up the first time it was used. We changed rooms- it had worn furnishings - the bed was better but the pillows were terrible-

There were issues with the TV being cracked, disgusting coffee maker, Hallway vents dirty and moldy, water stains on ceilings. Property not well maintained. Took the disgusting coffee maker to the front desk, they said we will get you a new one and all they did was rince out the one I brought and hand it back to me. They did not even try to hide the fact as it was wet inside the maker. Afterwards the coffee maker still had hair in it. Also, toilet bowl was cracked inside. This was not on housekeeping. It was on management.
