We stayed 2 nights and were very disappointed. The hotel location was not good—it’s shared with a plaza, which made it feel unsafe and inconvenient. The hotel itself looks old and tired, and overall it felt dirty rather than well-maintained.
Our biggest issue was extremely stressful: our car was towed overnight because the front desk did not give us a parking pass during check-in. We were checking out at 4:00 AM to drive back to Ontario, Canada, and discovered our car was missing. Traveling with kids, this caused major stress and set us back significantly on a long drive home. This should never happen due to a staff error.
Breakfast was also very poor. There was very little food available, and by 9:00 AM, the only items left were eggs and sausage. I didn’t like that someone was serving the eggs and sausage instead of guests serving themselves, which caused delays. The line for the DIY waffles was very long, and overall the breakfast area felt unclean and disorganized.
Because of the location, condition of the hotel, poor breakfast, and the serious parking issue, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone on a tight travel schedule.
