This accomodation was fantastic especially for those visiting the Disney Parks. The free shuttle service, laundry, and breakfast/dinner services were a life saver and much appreciated. The room and pool facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were also kind and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the way for the Universal Parks or general shopping/grocery but the front forecourt is a great place to catch an uber from or to. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were large and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner (kickback) were an added bonus. I would love for the shuttles to run on a more regular schedule - perhaps every 30 minutes. We were constantly checking the schedule to verify the time, because if you miss the shuttle, sometimes another one doesn’t come for over an hour,

The free breakfast makes the entire stay! So much food! The only thing I wish the provided was some sort of lotion in the bathroom!

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable! When we stayed there was a cheer competition so the hotel was PACKED. However, with the exception of the lobby things were quiet and lovely. Food at the bar was meh. But the service was good.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The floors were *constantly* sticky, with popcorn from the nightly “Kickback” snacks scattered throughout the halls, and puddles from pool traffic never seemed to be mopped up. Fingerprints and smudges covered every surface—it all just felt unclean. The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor—something between wet mold and corn chips—that I could never quite get used to. I requested daily housekeeping, but my room was not cleaned regularly. At one point, they promised it would be cleaned that evening, and all they did was take out the trash and leave the rest untouched. Speaking of trash, it piled up in the room for days. To be fair, the free breakfast and snacks are a nice touch—but be warned, it can feel like a stampede. People rush and crowd to grab food like it’s their last meal, which made the experience more stressful than enjoyable. Overall, I felt like I was staying in a completely different hotel than the one described in all these overly positive reviews. I wouldn't stay here again.
