Breakfast, no resort fee, and Kick Backs make this hotel top-notch. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV was only viewable from the bed. It had no adjustable mount like some hotels. So really, the only way to watch TV was in bed, even though the room had a couch.

Loved our stay at Drury Plaza. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the included breakfast and daily kickback were excellent perks. We enjoyed the close location to all of the action. The kids watched Epcot fireworks from the pool one night.

The staff was all very nice and helpful. Alex at the front desk was great and answered all my questions. The room was clean and all the extras you got with your stay made it worth every penny.

Fantastic hotel and great value Breakfasts which are free have great choice, dinners less so but I never used anyway Spotless, rooms cleaned daily and very well staff always very helpful, him excellent for a hotel

All staff that we came upon were excellent. Very nice and professional staff members all around. The food and drinks selections were great from the lakeside bar, kitchen and bar, breakfast, and kick back. The room was clean and spacious with all working appliances. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well taken care of. The arcade had plenty of fun games. Also had no problem with delivery drop off to the hotel. No complaints at all!

If I could give a 4.5/5 I would. Hotel, location, amenities, all of it - incredible. Except for the beds. The mattresses are about the quality and comfort I'd expect at motel in a lousy part of town. I don't know maybe it was just a fluke, but for as incredible as the rest of the experience and stay was, this was comically disappointing.
