First there was a surprise "Tourism Tax" from Seminole County that added a daily fee to your stay. Upon entering the room, I notice that the smoke detector is wrapped up in a plastic Dollar General bag. I called the front desk and the guy tells me to leave it alone, because of some nonsense about moisture ??? No vending machines and all ice machines were broken/non-functioning. Bought food and all went bad, because the refrigerator quit working at some point in the night. Try to extend stay and Expedia confirmed the wrong dates and the hotel would NOT work with me and I was stranded looking for another place on Valentine's Day... The people were non-cooperative and had horrible attitudes. Stay Away !!! Far Away !!! :(

If I could leave zero stars I would. I only ever write reviews if they are good but I hope sharing this can help save someone time and money in the future. This was the dirtiest hotel I ever walked into. I couldn’t breathe as soon as I opened the hotel door. Walked right back out after we walked in. They also charged us $80 for the deposit when it was stated as $50 at key pick up. The sheets weren’t washed- none of the bedding was. The floor was filthy. And so much more so please just know this place is not worth any amount of your money.

Primeiramente quarto foi feito limpeza mal feita lençois sujos , a televisao na tela com marca de mancha suja espelhos tambem e o banheiro atraz da porta esta com sujeira e insetos mortos. Wifi a senha que estava no cartao de visita nao era correto. Quarto com cheiro nao agradavel.

There were a lot of homeless people around the building and next-door to the building. Upon entering the room, the door was hard to open and I should’ve known right then and there to turn around and leave, but as we entered the room, we did a little inspection. the floors were dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor. We went into the bathroom and there were live cockroaches, crawling all over the bathtub. We went and got a refund as soon as possible, left and went to a different hotel.
