This was an overall great experience. The room was very clean and everything was updated. I had a small issue with my A/C and maintenance was up in 5 minutes. I accidently hit the wrong button. Staff was friendly and available. I requested to have the room cleaned and it wasn't so there was some miscommunication on our last night before check out. The front desk person was very apologetic and made sure we had towels. We has an overall great experience and we will definitely be back.

I have mixed feelings with this hotel, the check-in was expeditious and without problems although they explain it to you so quickly that it does not give you a chance to process everything. The room was good, comfortable, the sheets good and the bathroom clean. Excellent. Everything else started when they knocked on my door at 10:00 am that check-out was at 11... yes, and? The housekeeping lady apologized and continued. 20 minutes later another housekeeping man came because we hadn't left the room, he needed to clean it.... The truth is that I had never had such an unpleasant and bad experience. Guests regularly come or go to amusement parks that are nearby, and want to rest when they return. Do you have to check out? Ok... but at the stipulated time. The other thing was the pregnant lady at the front desk that we explained what happened and she as if nothing mattered to her. I really don't recommend it. In the area the competition is strong and as an average, rest is sought. Not a bad time....
