It was a average good stay at a very good price

Room had terrible smell it as 40 degrees and the window was open with AC on when we checked in. Smelled musty. Room was tiered. We left and didn’t stay went and stayed at Morgan instead. Won’t be back.

I asked the desk to charge the card I used for the security deposit (which I presented at check in) for the final total, yet they charged the credit card I used to hold the room when I made the reservation. Also, he couldn’t get the printer to work at check out, so I asked for an email receipt, which he said he would send, and I never got it. As for the room, the TV didn’t work, and there was no full length mirror. Also saw no hand soap on bathroom the sink, but found something in the shower labeled hand soap and used that. Couldn’t close the drapes, so the light from the parking lot was shining on us all night.

Hotel desperately needs an upgrade. All rooms smell like damp dog. Staff was lovely and very kind.

Very friendly staff and helpful! Enjoyed our stay close to Foxwoods! Only thing is I heard about a shuttle to Foxwoods from an employee from Foxwoods not sure if that is still happening! But if so would be great if hotel staff would've just mentioned it so we could've known !
