There was a fire the night we stayed

Nice place, except for the fire in another room. We spent several hours outside in the car while the fire department, including the Navy fire department came through and put out the fire.

Horrible stay. Rooms are very small and put dated. Breakfast is not tasty at all. No gym. I would rate 0 out 5. For astronomical amount we paid its not worth it. Save your money and stay stay somewhere else!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building needs some updating. There were missing and stained ceiling tiles in hallways, hallway carpets stained, and gross smells in hallways. My room was very clean.

Unfortunately our visit was interrupted by a small fire in another room. The staff and fire department responded quickly, but it did affect our ability to give an excellent rating. Also, the linens - while clean - could be of better quality.

Unfortunate incident occurred on 9/1/25 at 2:15 am- A fire due to electrical on the second floor. We were outside until 3:30 am and had a terrible night's sleep. Staff apologized at check out and stated corporate would be contacting us regarding compensation. We have had no contact and it has been a week. This needs to be addressed right away.

We really loved our stay! We were in town for a wedding, and we found the location very convenient. Not only were we close to the venue, but we were really close to downtown Mystic! The space was also excellent for our dog as well!

dont stay here.

the room was small. sink outside of bathroom. no drawers to put things away. they had an electrical fire earlier in the day. ceiling tiles missing. wet stained tiles. banging all night above us sounded like someone lifting weights and dropping them, like furniture being lifted and dropped. complained noise stop for 20 minutes. started again at 1230 am after hearing for 4 hours. the stafff was understanding and we got a full refund and choice to stay somewhere else. we cut our trip short. not a way to start a mini vacation
