The hotel itself was very nice. Gym leaves something to be desired but had the basics. Location was not near much public transportation, food, or bars, but taxis were easy enough to get.

Public transportation is bus only, so feeling inconvenience a little. But facility condition is excellent, clean & beautiful. Esp the view from infinity pool is very nice.

The overall stay was great. Excellent Customer Service. Air conditioner in great working condition, water dispenser for customer were on each floor to use. Couple things that hotel could look at to improve are the reservation process (full mostly) for dinner and when they are open for business. Bathrooms weren't fully cleaned consistently. Disposable wash rags were not disposed.

It is a lovely hotel, but no restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. MY only negative is that it had only 1 channel on the TV in english, the BBC. They need a second English channel.

The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic).

This was a very nice place, with a view, bedding and pillows fabulous, mattress very comfortable. Also, the room was spacious, looked updated and very clean. Had the executive lounge opportunity, the food was great and the restaurant view was amazing. Staff was wonderful!! I recommend !

Parking situation is not good. Nearest lot used for restaurant guests. B1 lot coned off most if time. Parked in B2 lot most of time and walked up a slope. It is a paid lot with very few plusses. Smoking room in B1 floor makes place smell. Many areas need renovation.
