Really good although the rooms are very dark and lighting is quite dim so if you’re looking to do work that requires a lot of light, this place may not be for you
The hotel is close to the waterfront and is very convenient to walk to the waterfront area without being right in the touristy area where the cruise ships park. For those that are hesitant to walk up or down hill, the property is also on a similar level to the waterfront restaurants and activities. Other activities and local restaurants are an uphill walk. Rooftop bar is great for drinks. Food is ok at best. Staff at the front desk was super pleasant and accommodating. Flights from the US arrive early in the morning and depart late afternoon. Luggage storage and changing facilities are very nice. We had a quiet balcony room. The room was clean with lots of power and usb outlets to use. Bed was comfortable. Loved the water bottle fill station on each floor. Very eco friendly and convenient. Hotel decor was vibrant and well maintained. Didn't get our welcome bottle of wine but would definitely stay here again.
Very friendly staff in all areas. Service was simply excellent. Great bar and cafe on ground floor and wonderful rooftop cocktail lounge. Also walking distance to the harbor area
We loved its location. It was very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The shower was beautiful. The room was a little small for international travelers with a suitcase each but we were able to use some of the space in the bathroom to stack up bags (but it made it difficult to unpack). The staff was friendly and accommodating. My one real complaint is they charged me more than I was supposed to be charged. I was able to show them my Expedia reservation and I did get the price adjusted but it’s something I could have easily missed or lumped in with the incidental hold.
The property has an excellent location. Two ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant had good service. We asked for a late check out and got an extra hour. We also received a complementary bottle of wine.
Great hotel and loved the comfy beds and pillows such a cool place to stay loved the roof top patio and staff were all amazing and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great overnight stay before catching a flight. Within easy walking distance of the marina and a bunch of restaurant options. Front desk staff was helpful and proactive and the hotel dining options were also delicious.
Literally the only drawback is that the bathroom door is a sliding frosted glass situation. Obviously not the staff’s fault but definitely an odd experience.
Beautiful, very hip property. Loved the staff and rooftop bar. It is pretty dark though, the lights in the rooms could have been brighter and easier to figure out. But overall very nice experience. Again, the staff were superb!
The QT is in a great location walkable to the Viaduct, the Quay & downtown. The staff were welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from the start of our stay until we checked out. Would highly recommend Thank you
