Our corner room was dark, with poor and random lighting and it was missing some simple basics, like a rubbish bin, reasonable wardrobe and storage space, a decent electric jug and even just practical tea cups and saucers. This may sound a bit picky but added together, it all made our 6 night hotel stay quite average. Cleanliness was also mediocre in our room with a thick coating of dust across the room surfaces including the tv and mini bar greeting us on our arrival. The room would be ok for a one night stay for one person but we won’t be returning.

The bed was great! There are some strange things about the room, like the light switches and the tv, which were both pretty difficult to figure out, also I never got the handheld shower sprayer to work however the restaurant in this place is phenomenal!! All the folks that work there are extremely nice and helpful. One gave us a restaurant recommendation that was the best Indian food we've had in years.

Great stay all around. Room was clean and spacious and I loved the bath products. The restaurant was phenomenal for dinner. Great location and I was able to check in early (for a charge) which was ideal after traveling all the way from the States across three flights. Great, very lively rooftop bar as well.

Nice hotel that is clean, safe and accessible. Bed was very comfortable and the best fit for my 6'1 foot hubby. The only thing we didn't like was the room was very dark and our patio was not private. If the next room opened their shades, there would be 0 privacy. Staff was great, friendly and accommodating.

It was an experience to stay at the QT Staff were welcoming , not quite sure regards to offering valet parking when no one is there to greet you and finding the QT entrance was abit of a mission, but we got there. Roof top bar was lovely , but bit disappointed with the ground bar running out of ice but obviously couldn’t accomodate to go out of their way to another bar in the facility so was left with a warm evening baileys which didn’t quite touch the spot. Overall a nice stay central to the downtown areas and viaduct walking distance .
