the staff was not good service little rude conversation why ham deaf why service do not understand our deaf feel they need be nice to us. also I ask them need extra one large towel is not give us only one large towel bath for one share. not enough they ignore us deaf. it is not very nice. I will never again to stay there. bad astute and not access for us.

The hotel is terribly run down and a dangerous place to stay. In fact, I did not stay there because it was not safe. The pictures must be from the1980's or around when it was built. DO NOT STAY HERE!

parking lot super dirty, unsecured there was a car seating on blocks with no tires, windows broken and a big sign on the wall saying park at your own risk.

No AC or heater in any units. Don’t offer extra blankets. The maids act as if they don’t like their jobs take 10hrs to get towels back then they don’t even give you all the towels back. You complain and so do they. All around its the maid service that ruins the overall vibe energy and enjoyment of the hotel.

This was genuinely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to in my LIFE. There was blood on the carpet in the room, I plugged my girls straightener in the wall just to get spark coming out with a burnt socket prior. Plugs didn’t work it smelled like someone had left dogs in that room. So disgusting there were even homeless people checking in. Not to mention the service desk girl wasn’t even nice! I would never come here again.
