Don't stay here! The pictures online and amenities are not even close to reality of this place. Your room door doesnt lock completely do to the frame bent from being kicked in or broken in. There is no employees at this hotel, just 1 front desk person in and out of the premises. Leaves a note stating "be back" burn holes in the drapes, stains on the sheets, filthy rooms, floors sticky, urine near the elevators, no fitness facility, no pool, no restaurants, no breakfast. Every amenity stated on line for this place is not accurate. This place is u.safe and should not be allowed the rent out rooms in this condition. Stayed for less than 6 hours and left in a hurry. No heat or AC! I wish i could post all the photos to show you what this place really is. Never been more shocked, disgusted, disappointed, and fearful to stay here. Do not book here. We also reported this hotel.

There's nothing I like about this place. Except it's cheap. The front desk employees said you get what you paid for...With there attitude like that. That summons up everything about this hotel. From customer service, no heat in the room, One toilet paper a day, you have to asked for it when you run out. Elevator out of service...I'm just disappointed. Please, read all the reviews before you booked this hotel. Executive Airport in Oakland.

My stay way

Room keys did work, security had to escort us to our room to let us in. Only one towel in the bathroom. There were stains all over the wall. The tv was nice and big and the bed was comfortable over all I give this place 2 out of 5 stars.

This is not a property you want to choose for a family or someone staying alone. Everything from the floors to bedding were soiled, the thermostat and elevators didn’t work, and the neighborhood is sketchy. Despite having reservations, we walked out and found rooms at the Holiday Inn Express a few minutes away.
