Good service

Clean room, good amount of space, nice bathroom, everything felt updated and new. The best part was the proximity to everything, would stay here again!

Came back about 10 days ago . And I’m already looking forward to visit again. The location of the hotel is great! 3 minute walk from the beach , pier 39 is a 3 min walk , the cove is 10 minutes walk . Lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is well maintained , very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome and has everything you could ask for in breakfast buffet . Fresh and clean . The room is nice and clean .bedding is very comfortable . although the bathroom is maintained and very clean , it’s the only thing I didn’t like in the hotel .It’s very small and outdated . I really enjoyed my stay there and I will be going back !

Inhospitable female front desk name shaniii assigned a room for me this particular room is designed for a disabled person,next to ice machine maker and old elevator we’re making so much noises,I went to lobby and brought to her attention, she was rolling her eyes and loudly told me we are sold out , we don’t have rooms available to offer a quiet room. I did not sleep at all and this Hilton location staffs are not professional , room was dark , not enough light inside room and toilet,,I couldn’t use shower because deign for a disabled person with wheelchair. Very small room, no chair to sit down, iron was not working, looked like they have not used this room, no soap, very old towel, I have used Hilton world wide in Canada , Europe, USA , a motel 6 has better room . Staff and amitinties than this particular Hilton location, I noticed that they were not treating politely other guests who were traveling from different part of world.
