North Shore beach accommodation

This hotel was fantastic. Next time I am in town this will be my hotel

The parking is a little difficult to figure out but the staff is great and very helpful. So close to PNC park, can’t go wrong

Great Customer Service

It was clean and very nice. It was walkable and close to everything.

Rooms are nice and very spacious. The elevators are on point, I literally never had to wait ever for an elevator and we were on the 6th floor! The breakfast included was good with a decent amount of options. Kick back hour in the evening was nice to with complimentary food & drinks; however one employee was very rude at the bar; she threw limes at my friend when she asked, was very rude & condescending when I asked if they had flavored vodka, reminding me that this bar was complimentary and those types of drinks weren’t there at that bar & refused to serve us approximately 4 minutes before the end time. I did talk to management about her as it was warranted and management was very kind and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and offered me compensation for being treated poorly by staff. Other than this small matter, the hotel is great. I would stay here again.
