Terrible experience, we got there and the tvs did not work and neither did the internet. Then my tv fell off the wall moved me to another room. Went to the pool noticed there wasn’t any towels so I go to the front desk and ask for towels they only gave me 4 even though they seen the 7 of us standing there in our bathing suits.The shower only allowed half the pressure the tub faucet wouldnt shut off so water was coming out of shower head and tub. The worse of it was the fire alarm blinking. It was so bright that it kept me up all night. The other half of the family said the same thing about the light. The breakfast was good though. I will never stay at that hotel again
