Staff was all very friendly and helpful, also room was nice and clean and my girls loved the garden tub and pool. Overall great experience and would book here again!!! Price was great and we could see the falls from are window in the daytime which was great.

We had a really nice time. Our room was smallish, but not cramped, and it was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our view of the falls and the jacuzzi. The weather was a little spotty for our visit, and our room was comfy enough to enjoy spending time in between activities. Would stay here again.

Beds and pillows were comfortable after a long day of walking. The jetted tub didn’t appear to work there were no instructions. We thought the pool area included a hot tub , it was actually a jetted part of the pool. We’ll return for another visit

I def got a bang for my buck. We had a nice view from our window. The jacuzzj tub in our room was so relaxing and the hot water stayed super hot. Only negative was the pillows def were the saddest i ever encountered and not comfy, other than that it was a great stay. Included a pic of our view.

At least to me the uniqueness of the hotel is that it is on a "WeGo" bus route but either then that is us still pretty close to things to things for example it is close to a good breakfast spot as well as a few good restaurants for lunch and dinner and a decent walk away from table rock and Clifton hill

Decent hotel. Room is clean. Furniture is a little dated. Bed was clean and comfortable No outlet in the bathroom or near a mirror so doing my hair was difficult. TV had a lot of unavailable channels, ones that should be included in a basic cable package. Limited parking onsite so we had to park in the lot down the street. Pool was on the cooler side. Disappointed that the hottub was actually a hottub. It was just a section of the pool with seating and jets. Overall it was a decent stay, but nothing special.
