Lovely stay in Newport! Inn location is perfect and really appreciated the special tips Liz provided for making the most of our visit. Nice breakfast and Inn had lots of historical character. Recommend for special experience!

This was the best possible place we could have stayed in Newport! I loved staying in an historical building and we were pleasantly surprised by how warm, cozy, and very comfortable the entire inn was. Our beds were so comfortable! The entire suite was amazing and exactly what we needed and was way more than we were expecting! We hope to return to Newport and will absolutely stay here when we do!

This Inn is absolutely adorable! Converted Victorian home with all the character kept. Lots of little sitting areas inside and out to enjoy the property. The room and bathroom was impeccably clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was of good variety in the cellar with cute sitting areas and full of charm. The location is prime in the heart of historic Newport and walkable to all the "must see's", restaurants, and shops. 100% recommend and will definitely return!

Very charming inn with super friendly staff. The ambiance fits right in with historic district. Clean and cozy with extra touches like fresh cookies, coffee and tea available throughout the day; bottles water in the rooms; rooftop terrace to sit and relax. Walkable to several attractions, piers and eatsries. Overall great place to stay.

The Yankee Peddler Inn is awesome. Has old New England charm. It's in a great location: it's in walking distance to downtown with all the restaurants and shops so you don't have to worry about finding parking. The staff is so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking to go to Newport for the weekend.

We had a lovely stay! Great location that was walking distance to all points of interest. Easy access to free trolly right outside the entry door. Inn keeper was super helpful and friendly. Very nice continental breakfast. Room was quiet and clean.

Great place all around

Quaint, quiet Inn

We had an amazing stay here while attending my son's graduation from the Navy ODS class. This is perfect, quaint, quiet inn to stay in Newport! And the breakfast is amazing!

I would highly recommend this B&B! The parking was behind the house and we were able to park when we arrived, even though it was earlier than check-in time. It was in a historic neighborhood with many beautiful and historic homes around it. There was easy access to Bellevue Ave (shopping, historic properties, a few museums etc), one end of Thames Avenue (shopping and restaurants), the harbor, The White Horse Inn (oldest pub in America), and Touro Park. There was a bar about 1.5 blocks away where we were able to sit outside. We only moved our car to go on Ocean Drive and you probably cannot walk to any mansion (we did not visit mansions on this trip). The breakfast had many options ranging from yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, various toastable items, and various sweet items. We enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Carriage House, which was quiet and impressively clean. It has the character of an old house but with nice updates to make it comfortable. There is a small garden area between the house and the carriage house where we sat outside sometimes. There is also a nice rooftop deck, which we didn't get a chance to use but was very nice! I would definitely stay here again when we return to Newport.
