The front desk staff members were friendly, but NOT knowledgeable about food & beverage in the area. They sent us to a horrible, filthy pizza place down the street!! They also had no knowledge of the trolley schedule!! It goes by the front door! The room was comfortable and mostly clean...the mini fridge had not been cleaned after prior guests. The worst thing was an awful, sickly sweet perfume smell in all of the public areas...literally made us nauseous.

The staff was friendly and helpful, we met to the CEO. He lead by example, there was an issue with my card, he assured me that we could take care of it the next day. The bank was closed and he said I trust you, he knew we had been on the road for about 7 hours, tired. He told us to go and enjoy dinner and we would take of of pàying for our stay. I will stay there again.

Soacious rooms, loved fhe floor plan, safe to be in and around, fun things to do within walking distance. Only low point was the lack of parking. I got lucky and didnt have to drive for fhe one day/night we were there, but finding the spot was also pure luck. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Lov s this place for a very reasonable cost. Street car stop right outside hotel that can take you many places in the city very cheaply!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was big enough to have some space to yourself yet not so large that it was too big. The room and surrounding rooms were very quiet, if that’s what you like. Very enjoyable experience.

Best hotel with free parking

This was the perfect place to stay for our NOLA trip. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping checked in on us each day. The free parking in a covered garage was a huge selling point as was the easy access to hop on/off the city streetcars right in front of the hotel. We couldnt have chosen a better place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed, the room and everything were very comfortable my only disappointment is that my refrigerator went out and my TV could only get one channel. We drove and the parking was free that was an advantage.

Amazing hotel, so clean comfy and perfect location

The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, trolley car stop outside the front door, coffee shop/cafe next door is awesome, and so easy to get to the quarter, plus FREE parking! the hotel covers all the details, clean, very clean, and quiet. Sunscreen and bug spray at front desk, real glassware and carafes in room, comfy beds, and a friendly greeting from entire staff each morning. Indoor parking gets locked/ monitored each night for extra security. Cozy seating areas around and inside property. We stayed in middle of summer, so low season where rates are fantastic! We will be using this location every time we visit New Orleans in the future.

The elevator room! NOISY!!

Room next to elevator. Literally one step away. This spot is usually where you may find a vending machine. The only elevator on the property. I could hear every time someone used it.
