I cannot say enough good things about this property! Staff and clientele were all extremely nice despite the obvious issues in the city regarding the recent (once in a lifetime) snow. Positive attitudes and friendly all around!.

Thank God I was on the 12th floor. It was noisy in my room. I can't imagine how loud it would have been if I was on a lower floor. The room was small, outdated, and Motel 6ish.

Location wise it was great for visitors without a car. The room itself was fine if you weren’t planning on spending a majority of your time there. Walls are thin and there was mold on in the shower.

I was satisfied with the room and the hotel staff even with a once in a lifetime snow storm had to stay longer and just rebooked my room and didn’t have to move the workers at Mr Ed’s restaurant were fantastic and made the best of a difficult situation I say thank you.

The staff was helpful and great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The first room we were supposed to stay in had mold in the ceiling, dirty mirrors and the toilet water was continuously running. I called the front desk and explained our situation, they moved us rooms and it wasn’t any better. The second room was extremely dirty and the shower had tons of mold along with the walls. The curtains, furniture, and mattress was dirty and appeared to have bodily fluid. The room does not look like the photos online. The water did not get warm and there was also leaking from the tub spout. The mirror in the restroom was also peeling really bad. My wife and I felt sick anytime we were in our hotel room.

The property was average. It did not have continental breakfast. I had to book three different times because of miscommunication on their part. I was also given false information each time about the room that was being booked. When getting there, I was able to check in early. It wasn't anything special. The property is a good place to be able to walk to Bourbon St. and other areas. I would stay again if needed. Don’t book through a third party either. My overall experience was a good one.
