The staff was cordial and respectful. The site was clean and had a nice workout room. It was a secure location and all were friendly there. I’d use this hotel again if I go back to New Orleans. It is quite close to French

It's in the heart of the French Quarter and we liked that. We did not like that we had to pay extra to park; $45, which was not made clear on the website advertisement. The valet was suspect because we took a picture of our mileage and our car had 2 extra miles even though we did not drive our car. It was supposed to be sitting in the garage. Be careful folks.

Great location. Walkable to all of the French Quarter. Stayed during Jazz Fest. Close to the shuttles. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Terrific location, walkable or easy transit to all locations. Excellent staff, incredibly comfy beds. Our standard 2 double room didn’t have a place or means to hang clothes which was a little inconvenient but no big deal. Would stay here again.

Everything was ok, just generally dingy. Bathroom showed a lot of wear. Limited to no lobby area to sit in. Staff was friendly and maid service was good, but just felt like it wasn't worth the money spent.

Love the living room area in an our room. We had a refrigerator and microwave oven . The front desk was kind and friendly. Everything you need is there on Royal street very close to the hotel.

The outside of the hotel is kind of shady but felt safe because of the security officers. It was kind of loud at night. But overall it’s a great hotel, clean and comfortable and great location.
