The staff was great. The room didn't have a microwave. The sink didn’t drain properly, water would fill up in the sink. The lighting was terrible. Neither Valet or hotel staff knew if first responders received a reduced rate for parking.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Room was very quiet but a bit dated. Location was incredibly convenient as it is central in the French Quarter, and I was very quiet given this. The pool did not look nearly as blue and clean as in the photos so did not use it, though others did. I was a bit disappointed in this as I was visiting from the Northeast and was excited to take advantage of the beautiful weather! Water pressure in the shower was also a bit low. Overall had a very good experience. Also- not a huge deal and this may have just been me not looking hard enough, but I didn’t see the hot tub that is advertised.

Room was nice but outdated. Air conditioning was almost non existent. Customer service is good when you first arrive, but changes when you’re there for a few days. Was getting stuff ready to leave for checkout at 12:00pm and was rudely rushed by the housekeeper on our floor at 10:00am. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting a true 5 star experience. There’s better options.

The staff was super friendly as usual and very kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect, and we loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It was nice to be in a place that felt like home away from home.

Needs updating , exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work . T-stat didn’t work room was 60 degs, needed shut cooling off . Shower pressure was really high.Bed was clean & didn’t hear noise from other rooms . Overall a good stay but place can use some work . Pool wasn’t useable - not sure if was out of season but was really dirty .

The room was fine****. Ac was cold, almost too cold but thats the best. They had fresh, cold water in the lobby and coffee in the morning to refresh yourself. The staff was kind and welcoming even with all my questions. Just be careful of the elevator, it has a mind of its own. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Room keys didn’t work took over an hour to get into our room. Staff tried to make up for it with a free breakfast which was nice but we missed our night out. We requested extra pillows because there was only 3, we never got anything. The phone in the room did not work. The toilet barely flushed. Bathroom looked dirty.
