The room was nice, but getting water to drink was a pain. I had to go to the 8th floor with the gym to get cold water. Also the staff was clueless and couldn’t even tell me where to get water to drink. The adjoining door was high so I could see into my neighbors room and hear everything from their end. The restaurant was decent but the service on some days sucked. I will definitely look for other options next time I visit New Orleans.

The only staff that were courteous were the reception staff, quite a number of the others were very abrupt / arrogant. They have a policy that you cannot take glass to your and a housekeeping staff took our photograph and I believe this is invasion privacy.

The room was very nice and clean, Ms. Tamika was very nice good customer service, I was waiting since 5am my checking was at 4pm but the computers where done and I was waiting to do a early check in when Ms. Tamika came in she help me with my early check even when the computer was down but we tried my card it work and she was able to do my check in.

Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Room is clean and the amenities are great. This location is perfect for attending any events at Smoothie King Center or the Superdome since it is in perfect waking distance. Also, available parking for guests is fantastic. Enjoyed our stay here for 4-nights. Short, 20 minute walk to most major attractions such as the St. Charles Streetcar, Bourbon Street, WWII Museum, Cafe du Monde, plenty of restaurant options, bars, etc. Also, 202 airport bus drops off practically across the street. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and felt like a safe area.

The property was very nice. The fact that you can only access elevators to rooms with your room key was a great added security. They have a bar on grounds as well as a restaurant that serves really nice food. I did not like the fact that every time that we took a shower there was noisy hum coming from the shower area. The was nice and hot as long as you don’t have a problem with the hum. Over all I would give this hotel a 9.
