I called this location a few times before arrival 1. About my service dog the lady I spoke to simply answered my question that yes they allowed service dogs & 2 that the dog had to stay with me at all times.
The day of arrival we were caught in parade traffic the roads leading to the hotel was closed off. I wanted to call and verify with the staff that we was arriving late due to being stuck in stand still traffic. I was placed on hold for 12 mins and then some one picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back and the same lady proceeded to finish the conversation we were having before putting me on hold for 12 mins.
Check in time: the lady at the desk was very rude not welcoming. She made a comment to another person at the desk that “she didn’t have time for this and that she wasn’t sure what card went to which room” she told me my balance that was due and handed me a paper and stated I sign for no pets I advised her that I spoke with some on on the phone and they stated I could have a service pet long story short the other lady cut the convo short and said she was the one I spoke too and said she told me my pet had to be an ada service pet. These ladies wouldn’t allow me to explain my Ada service pet stops me from having panick attacks which is considered Ada. They proceeded to be argumentative with me 1st saying I couldn’t check in then charging me $150 fee for my ada pet. Also the restrooms was very nasty and unclean & the lock on top of our room door was broke
