The ad lied and said you had parking. There was no parking when we arrived so we had to use the valet that cost $51.
The check in staff were not friendly at all.
The hotel smelled very bad. The lobby, the elevator and our room.
Around 9:50 PM, someone was trying to enter our room while we were trying to go sleep.
There was so much noise from the cars and the people outside on the street, until 345. You cannot get any sleep.
At check out, the breakfast was bad.
The eggs were as hard as cardboard and the sausage was just as bad.
This was my first time ever to New Orleans and I will never come back to visit again.
I recommend you be truthful with your ads,train your staff on customer service and courtesy. Send your cleaning team to maintenance school. improve your security for your staffing and customers because the system you have is terrible and someone is going to get hurt someday. If you do nothing with this review and reviews of other customers you are wasting time and are just going through the motion. I wish our day was better, however the experience I had from my stay alone has helped me decide to stay away from New Orleans..
