Amazing hotel. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Roy recommended a fabulous restaurant that we went to two nights in a row. Beautiful accommodations, the perfect touch of historic meets modern. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very helpful and provided excellent hospitality. I loved that any questions we asked, no matter how odd were answered. Night shift desk clerk (Chris) went above and beyond explaining the lore behind some of the hotel’s spooky history and even gave us a small tour. The location is perfect as well, right in the middle of the French Quarter and the entertainment on Bourbon street!

One of the best properties I have ever stayed at, the staff is the absolute sweetest. The hotel is clean and cute as a button. The pool area is amazing. Surprisingly it was very quiet at night despite being located on Bourbon St! The live music in the bar was awesome, although the food at the bar was a little lacking, we had pimento cheese and cracklings and expected both to be homemade, they weren’t….but the beer was cold and there are literally a million surrounding places to eat.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Bourbon Orleans hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting NOLA! It’s in the perfect location right behind Jackson square and off of Royal street which has tons of shops and restaurants. We stayed in a room with a balcony over the pool, so the only downfall was the lengthy walk we had everyday to and from our room, but that certainly wasn’t anything that would deter us from staying here again. Staff was very nice, and the property was clean. The pool are was a plus! Would stay here again!

Hotel was located in a perfect location. Away from the wildness of Bourbon st. but walkable to all parts of the quarter. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly always answering any questions we had. The pool was cool and helped with the hot muggy days and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable! We will definitely recommend it to others and we will go back when we are there again.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was awesome and very nice! The hotel bar has great music and cocktails. We loved how the hotel is close to everything, but also tucked away so you don’t feel like you’re right in the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street. We will definitely stay at Bourbon Orleans again!
