The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is nice and in a good location for what we wanted to see and do. The breakfast was good. As and added note, we were very pleased that the city has make a solid effort to clean up and keep the area clean and address the homeless issue compared to our last visit 8 years ago.

We saw one person at the front desk who was very helpful when we checked in and then didn’t really see anybody besides the valet. There was blood on the wall to the elevator that I asked two different times to get cleaned up, and it took me showing a picture for them to go and do it. The showers had a lot of mildew built up on the tile on the floor. The valet employees were amazing very helpful. Very alert of surroundings when guests are outside who might not be aware lol Craig specifically was my favorite. And just make sure you factor parking into your budget because there are zero spaces to park in the city and it’s $55 a day for valet.
