Good hotel, great location.

Lovely comfortable hotel in a great location. Enjoyed staying there for a couple of nights. A few issues such as being allocated a room some distance from the lift that had not been cleaned (long trek back to reception), bed not made up by housekeeping (reception thought they may assumed we wanted to make our own bed) and customer service from reception varied from good to indifferent. Having said all that we wouldn’t let those issues stop us from staying there again

Location Location Location!!! That was best thing about our stay. The king balcony room was not perfect but I would consider staying again. I hated how noisy the room was. The inconsistent hot water in shower was extremely annoying!

Hotel Bourbon Orleans - Good

The Bourbon Hotel is in the center of the French Q. so that is a big plus because a lot of cultural activities and music happens here. Napoleon House, Preservation Hall for jazz, New Orleans trinket shoos, steamboat harbor, etc are all walking distance. The people at the front desk were NOT nice. So interaction with them was uncomfortable and even bordering on rude. The hotel gets full marks for cleanliness. They cleaned our room every single day. Bieber they did not provide toilet amenities like body lotion and we had to request them to provide us with it. The shower area for a 2 twin bed room is pretty small. Since the hotel is old and in French Quarter the pipes are ancient and water pressure in the shower is low. The hotel provides an okay breakfast but there are plenty of options nearby. Overall a good experience.

Bourbon Street Fun!

Central location was good for Bourbon Street, Jackson Park, and other French Quarter sites. Petite king room was tiny so trust the description. The Bellman was nice and helpful. Check in was not great as our room was delayed and the manager was not helpful. The nightclub had good entertainment.
