Parking was a bit pricey. Don’t mind paying flat rate of $36 a day, but every time you go out you are charged to park. Should be able to pay parking at hotel. Other than that everything else was perfect

I loved that it was quiet. it smelled like wet dog throughout the halls. there is an unexpected 100$ deposit when i checked and parking is 35$ per day. other than that i enjoyed the quietness.

Confusing, parking is at a public lot next door, there is a drop off in front, unmanned w checkin on the 11th floor, where you get stuck because it appears like a valet area, second the ac goes off in the middle of the night, so it’s hot in the room! Free buffet breakfast was excellent!

We stayed here twice during our cruise — both before and after — and had a wonderful experience each time! Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the location is perfect: close enough to the French Quarter to walk, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and safe. They kindly held our luggage so we could explore the city until our room was ready. We’ll definitely be back!

Was in a strategic location for my stay. I checked in online for 4pm and upon my arrival at 4:40, my room was not ready. I expressed my concern because I had an online meeting at 5pm. The gentleman at the front desk did put me in a temporary room while the room I paid up for, was being prepared. Housekeeping was rude when asking for additional blankets. No directory in the room for food. Bathroom door lock was broken. Breakfast was good.
