The good thing is that the property is close to Nelson Bay. The amenities could be better. The bathroom did not have hot water which came as a surprise and this I realised after turning onbthe shower.

The property was awesome! Celebrated my 50th with my family. Great location & what a view! Overall we had a fabulous stay & will definitely be back!The driveway is a tricky one & very steep but once mastered was ok.

Old shabby carpet, old bathroom, you should not be able to adververtise a king size bed when it i actually 2 singles pushed together.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Property was very clean.

Everything from the home itself to the heated pool, views and facilities were outstanding.We stayed with family, including my sister and her child, and the lift was incredibly handy for getting luggage and supplies upstairs when we arrived. It was also a big novelty for the kids, they loved it.The heated infinity pool was easily the best part. It felt like a warm bath, the kids absolutely loved it and it was perfect for the time of year.The views are simply breathtaking. Waking up to them each morning is something special and you could never get tired of them.The property was absolutely spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout.There were more beds than we expected, with most bedrooms having a trundle and extra bedding. This gave us plenty of flexibility with the kids and would be great if we came back with a bigger group.The kitchen had everything we needed. The only small suggestion would be to have better quality, larger wine glasses and a few more of them to match a property of this standard.The management company was great. We have stayed in other properties managed by Stay Port Stephens and have always had a great experience.There is plenty of space in the property with multiple living areas, lounges and TVs. We didn’t use them much, but it would be perfect for families who want separate areas for kids.The BBQ was clean and worked well. For a property of this size, a larger one could be a nice upgrade down the track, but it did the job and was no big deal.A couple of small notes for the management team, the WiFi was very slow and needs looking at, and the garage remote was not working, although the wall button opened it without any issues.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again.
