the night time staff guy, Charles is terrible. he is one of the surliest, rudest men I've ever met. definitely didn't belong in the hospitality business. hotel is VERY noisy

Well…. the. good, the bad, & the ugly Our room (311) was tiny. King bed - very comfortable. Fresh paint on walls, VERY clean, fresh & new feeling. Staff was GREAT! The room (besides the rock hard bed) was excellent. Ask the staff for recommendations for food and they did not disappoint. The location is amazing as you are no more than 10 minutes walking away from anything in the french quarter.
