We have stayed at Hyatt House and love the hotel and location. My only complaint this time was with housekeeping. I had to ask for them to come and go find the cart for clean towels. They weren't consistent, forgetting to do some of the expected tasks. Other than that, it was a perfect stay & we'll definitely go back!

Two nights in a row, our AC on room 316 did not work. We spend the night without being able to sleep because the room was too hot, the floor hallway was cooler than our room. It was reported several times to front desk however they gave us the standard BS response about not being able to address it in a timely matter. They also expressed that because it was booked via a third-party Expedia, they couldn't give us any refund regarding the problem. It was a bad experience at night with two kids which is sad because we had an incredible weekend at Naples.

Don’t let the pictures or the franchise name fool you. Our first room, the bathroom was covered in mold. Then they couldn’t accommodate for a few hours for another room. We got the 2nd room and there was rust inside the shower and stains on the comforter. The only nice thing I would say is the pool area is beautiful until you have the hear the noise of the planes flying directly over your head.
