The property is located on cottage drive in Napa, on the Silverado PGA golf course (prime location).

- Luxurious Sleeping Arrangements: The master suite features a king-size bed with a luxurious mattress. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people in total.
- Safety First: Our unit is meticulously sanitized and clean, ensuring top safety for every guest.
- Self-Check-In: We offer self-check-in to maintain social distancing.
- Prime Napa Location: Located near downtown Napa, close to renowned wineries, family activities, and dining options. Ideal for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
- Nearby Amenities: Enjoy easy access to Silverado's Mansion House, Grill restaurant, Pro shop, and Spa—all within walking distance. Please note that the golf course and tennis courts are not available to guests.
- No Resort Fee: Enjoy proximity to resort facilities without any resort fees due to the property's private ownership.
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

Our condo offers a seamless self-check-in process, ensuring you can access your accommodation conveniently and securely at any time. Before check-in, you'll receive detailed instructions via email on how to enter the property using a secure keyless entry system. This system not only facilitates a contactless check-in experience, promoting privacy and safety but also allows you to start enjoying your stay without any delays. Whether arriving late at night or at your leisure during the day, you can settle in right away and begin exploring all that Napa Valley has to offer.

Our guests enjoy complete privacy as we are not located on the premises, ensuring you have a serene and uninterrupted experience. The resort has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.


We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 4 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

Important Check-in Information
To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
Option 2: $79 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
