The Elm House in is located right next to a busy/noisy traffic circle, so it was noisy most of the night. And - although the breakfast is a lovely addition, if you have a room in the main house where the breakfast is served, it is SUPER loud in the morning. We could hear the staff setting up and all of the people dining, because it was right outside our door. If you want to actually sleep during your stay here, I would recommend a room in the adjacent house (which is part of their property also, but away from the traffic circle a bit and not near the breakfast noise).

Elm House Inn Is A Gem

The Elm House Inn was a wonderful find! It is in a good location and reasonably priced for Napa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the outdoor area is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine with friends in the evening. The staff are welcoming & friendly.

So adorable! So centrally located! So clean!

Such a quaint, clean and perfectly located location. From ease of check in, to the extremely well offered free breakfast, the grounds and service were note worthy. We stayed in one of the larger rooms and will happily use this place again upon visiting Napa. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from our crew!
