We enjoyed our time at the Elm House Inn. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and delicious breakfasts. Cece was a wonderful host and gave us many tips on what to do in the area. The stay was cozy, and I absolutely loved the lobby area—it had the charm of an old dining room but with plenty of natural light streaming into the garden. The only downside was the towels by the hot tub; they could have been cleaner, as they smelled like they’d been sitting for a while.

I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms were very clean, dated... but the hotel had a very warm "homey" feel to it Would absolutely stay there again.
