A Lovely Inn in the heart of Napa.

Elm House is a quaint inn in the heart of Napa. It’s is quiet, has outdoor seating and is updating its outdoor space to make it more inviting. Our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was of average hotel fair, but was tasty. The hot tub area was clean. The staff was friendly, gave us great recommendations for food and were genuine & kind to talk with. I highly recommend this Inn.

Quaint Inn near Napa Downtown

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options. They have a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy wine or games in the afternoon. It was perfect after a long day of wine tasting.

It was quaint and perfect Maybe a 20 min walk to downtown but on a nice day no bother Breakfast was nice and the shared space delightful. I didn’t get to enjoy the outside area due to time, but it was lovely and there was a nice hot tub.

The staff is excellent and very friendly! The work being done behind the main inn looks amazing! Convenient and free parking but able to walk to everything downtown and riverfront.

The staff was very friendly. They were especially flexible when we had to change our reservation at the last minute because we had a sick child. But unfortunately our stay was not comfortable and relaxing due to a few factors. 1. There was construction work on site. They had jackhammering for 3–4 hours in the morning on our first night. The hot tub was really not usable (although it was open) because there were a bunch of construction workers walking around. 2. On our second night they installed a flood light outside the inn that shown directly into our windows and kept us up at all night. 3. Their tv did not work and they could not fix it. Although to their credit they did give us a free bottle of wine to compensate for it. 4. Other reviewers mentioned traffic noise as an issue, but what wasn't mentioned is that the inn is located right at the corner of a roundabout so you do get a lot of traffic noise. I don't consider myself a light sleeper, plus I sleep with earplugs but I could still hear the noise, especially in the morning. If you're not a heavy sleeper I would not recommend staying here. The inn offers a sound machine in the room but once again it didn't help. Generally when hotels know that they will have construction on site they alert the clients to let them know ahead of time. We would have made a different choice had we known. Our goal for the trip was to have a relaxing few days without kids and that was not achieved due to the factors I have listed.

I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to really partake in all that the Elm House had to offer; however a nice stay in clean, big room (that I wasn’t in that much with a one night stay). Did get to grab a little breakfast snack on my way out to meet friends for brunch. The bed was comfy and the check in was fast and friendly (on my way to dinner that would put me back at the hotel after normal check in hours). Would go back when I have more time to partake in the amenities!

We came to Napa for a girls trip and booked this hotel not really knowing the area, We were pleasantly surprised that it was so close to many great restaurants and shops! The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was good too! We’ll definitely come back again!!!!
