Upon entering our room, there was trash left from the other occupant the tags from their clothing. The shower was also not clean. We only needed to stay the night as we were there for a soccer tournament, but we moved to a new hotel the following day.

First & last stay. Reception incompetent. Terrible bed. Fridge didn’t work. Stopper in bathroom sink broken. No shampoo in bathtub dispenser. Mold spots on walls.

Stay was just alright. The room was in very poor condition. The floor had not been cleaned, it was filthy. Deep scratches in floor, holes in comforter, floor planks separating (floor of the room seemed it was going down hill toward the door), shower dirty and some mold starting to grow. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent, but would not recommend based on the quality of the room and cleanliness.

Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Upon check in the hotel employee was friendly and helpful. When we got to our room the beds were not comfortable and the tub in the shower was caved in. The room wasn’t as cleaned as expected. Behind the nightstand was dusty and had old debris. It was a place to sleep but won’t be back again.

The hotel needs a major renovation. Everything, and I mean everything was run down and in need of replacement. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper, so the water went straight down the drain. The mattresses and pillows were worn out. There was no mini fridge. The furniture and amenities were the cheapest possible options that the hotel could have chosen. This hotel does not represent the standards of Comfort Inn & Suites.

I stayed for four days because my daughter is in UPenn hospital it was terrible no one cleaned my room in the four days I was there the chef was in the breakfast room with a dirty uniform on it was not pleasant I will never stay there again
