Same day reservations were available at a low quality price. Waterpark was very easy accessible to our rooms. Lots to do. Food was great ! Very clean facility, always someone sweeping. Retail stores nearby for your personal needs, Mall Of America was also nearby. Will love to come back.

Paid too much not to have rooms ready

Our room was not ready at 4:30. they told us they would text us when it was ready. We were only there for a one night stay. I never received a text message and went back to the desk an hour later only need to find out that the room had been ready. My children only got to swim for 30 minutes by the time we got in and ready because they are only four and six years old and can’t stay up super late. Nobody bothered to check in with us or offer us any discounts or fix anything.

I have never been to a hotel or business of any kind that had so many people cleaning at any given time. My family was very impressed with our stay. We didn't have any complaints at all. We will be returning again in the near future!

Fun place and the kids loved the waterpark. But, if you have active and noisy kids, it might be a bit stressful. Our kids doesn't know what inside voice means and apparently the room next to us wasn't too happy and called security on us. They came up and gave us the first warning and explained to us the whole hotel policy and warned us that if they have to come up the third times, it's an automatic eviction from the hotel. So, the final day there, we told our two kids to whisper while in the room. It was great that we only stayed there two nights. If more, it would've been very stressful trying to keep the kids' voices down.

It’s cool. Like meh cool. I wouldn’t say don’t come here and I wouldn’t say, OMG you have to go there. Make sense? It’s a teensy bit pricy but it’s an experience. My kids had fun. I thought it was okay. Check it out for yourself though.

Was disappointed so many attractions were closed but it was due to weather which I understand. However the next morning there was no where to eat other than Dunkin’ Donuts the restaurants were closed. The pool area was packed and I couldn’t find anywhere to sit. No stools at the bar or anywhere else. Ended up eating my Dunkin in the arcade well the kids swam. That’s my biggest complaint is no where for those to swim to relax other than the small lobby. They also charge for parking now. Great property but expenses are rising and cost me over $500 for one night. It is fun just come prepared to spend money and maybe bring your own chair.

Weird "hold" charges for things I already paid for. Most was refunded, but still. . . Just weird. Update: Currently on hold with them to see why they're charging me another 77 bucks 5 days after I checked out. Very weird.
